Coverage period
Coverage starts when the order status changes to Completed and ends 30 calendar days later.
What is covered
- A new account restriction imposed during the coverage period.
- Evidence showing the restriction was caused directly by our completed delivery.
- A refund up to the amount actually paid for the affected order.
What is not covered
- Restrictions caused by earlier activity, other sellers, the customer, or unrelated software.
- False compatibility details, refusal to provide reasonable evidence, or deleted enforcement notices.
- Temporary outages, removed content, economy adjustments, rollbacks, or changes that are not account restrictions.
- Claims submitted after the 30-day coverage period.
Making a claim
Contact Support with the order ID, account identifier, date of the restriction, complete enforcement notice, and relevant timeline. Do not send passwords or recovery codes. We acknowledge claims within two business days and document the decision.
