Before confirmation
A submitted request is free and does not require a refund. Payment is requested only after the customer accepts the confirmed product, quantity, price, delivery method, and estimate.
Before delivery starts
Customer cancellations receive a full refund minus non-refundable processing costs where lawful and clearly disclosed. NikoBuy cancellations receive a full refund.
After delivery starts
If NikoBuy cannot deliver the confirmed order for reasons within its control, the customer receives a proportional or full refund for the undelivered portion. Completed and confirmed digital delivery is generally non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Customer or platform issues
Incorrect compatibility details, delayed customer responses, connection problems, or platform restrictions may require rescheduling or a proportional charge for a delivered portion. Each decision is documented.
Disputes
Contact support with the order ID and issue within 14 days. The target is an initial response within 2 business days. Mandatory statutory rights take priority over this policy.
